记得半年前在Dubai World Hospitality Championship 2013厨艺竞赛的彩排期间，和Team Pastry Chef糕点组队长吴凯全Ben Goh 做了第一次的访问。当时他表示，期盼在国际糕点大赛超越自己是一种推动力，是一种痛并快乐着的推动力。
